We offer Pan India shipping to all states and union territories within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Custom orders or items requiring resizing may take an additional 2-3 business days to process.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery of all shipments. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

11. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Yuri Diamonds LLP is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

12. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at their facility for a specified period. If the package is not claimed or redelivered within this period, it will be returned to Yuri Diamonds LLP.
